Cooking with Anthea

Spring has arrived and I’m heading to Italy again. As always I’m very excited! The countryside is beautiful now, and the walks are inspirational. But let’s not forget what comes after walking: for some of my guests (I won't mention any names!) this is the best part of the trip.

I’ve spent years finding wonderful places to eat. The food is exceptionally good. Discovering each town’s local dishes and wines is a huge part of the enjoyment. You can content yourself with eating and drinking, or take a cooking lesson and participate in the process. Either way, these will be meals to remember.
